First impressions last. And let me tell you, I will be avoiding this place like the plague! Unhelpful, Unfriendly and ouright rude. As a business owner, I understand the importance of quality customer service. The guy behind the counter needs to reevaluate his credentials to see if he's in the right industry.

Very busy so good turnover of a huge range of bakery items. Quite a few tables and chairs. Good amount of staff working. Only downfall were given our take away hot pies while waiting nearly 10 minutes for a flat white coffee.
